COVID-19 Shipping Update

At Alexandre León, we take the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees very seriously.

Please note: Our carrier has put in place strict protocols to ensure the protection our customers and delivery staff. Unfortunately, this may add to some unavoidable delivery delays. We truely appreciate your patience and understanding through this time.


1. Where do you ship?

We ship to over 220 countries worldwide.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our manufacturing and processing time is usually 1-7 days. For shipping, we use DHL Express. Orders will arrive in 10-19 business days (worldwide).

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best products, for the fairest prices. Shipping times are listed on each product page description. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions.

Some packages sent from global partners can take up to 30 days depending on the season (but this is definitely a rarity).

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check these details with your country's customs prior to buying. We also recommend that you open your package at the post office, in the event there is any damage, it will be compensated by the carrier.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE to the US, UK, AU, NZ and selected EU.

For international destinations we calculate based on weight. For all other countries, please contact us for a quote.

You can also just 'Add To Cart'. After filling out your preferred postal address the cost will be calculated for you.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are fully trackable. To follow the progress of your order just contact us and a dedicated team member will get back to you with it's progress.


Payment & Returns

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments made with PayPal and all major credit/ debit card providers via Stripe.

We also happily accept payments made with Bitcoin (BTC) via BitPay.

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

In that case, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item. We will request photos and immediately refund, or re-ship depending on each particular situation.

3. Can I return my item if I no longer need it?

All of our products are backed by our 30 day - 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If for some reason your item arrives damaged, we will of course refund, or replace depending on each individual situation.

Be sure to attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.

1. Which sizes are available?

Every design has different sizing options. Please check the product page description for all available sizes in that item type.

2. How do I check my measurements and ensure proper sizing?

To ensure the best fit when selecting your size, please follow the size chart found on each product page. We strongly discourage selecting based on your usual size, as each style and type can differ considerably.

Also, due to taking sizes manually, results can also vary 1" (or) 2-3cm. Please keep this in mind as you measure.
